Of course all the diet products are really expensive and full of harmful ingredients.

You can make your own bars knowing what inside and avoiding sugar and preservatives at all !

Honey is the sweetener here !
More natural as it gets.

Add your favorite cereals or just some oat * i prefer spelt  oats, some of your favorite nuts and dried fruits
in a pan and then some honey.

Warm it a bit and then put it in a baking paper, roll it over with the rolling pin and then cut it into pieces..

Use a baking paper on top of it so the mixture dont stuck in the rolling pin.
