Put some honey to a glass - depends of how sweet you like your drink to be
add hot water - do not fill the glass
and make a sirop.
Add grounded ginger (i prefer fresh)
Wait 10 minutes so your mixture is not hot so you destroy the vitamins of the lemon
and add lemon.
And then fill with water.
Store in fridge and serve cold with ice cubes and some fresh mint !!!
1 teaspoon honey
juice from 1 lemon
1 glass of water.
Of course you can douple, triple and so one ....
I usually make a honey sirop and store it to my fridge so i can have it ready for this kind
