WOW ! You cant imagine how healthy tastes that good !
1.5 cup powdered sugar
8 ts cocoa powder
2 drops of bitter almond or/and vanilla
1,5 cup of water or soya milk
,2 cups of rice flour
half cup potato flour or if you are not allergic wheat flour
1 ts baking powder
1 ts baking soda
Mix well olive oil with sugar and cocoa, put the aromatic ingredients then add the water/milk
and then the flour that you have first mix it with baking powder and soda.
If you are not vegan why not add an egg.
Bake for 45 minutes at 200`
for the chocolate sauce i used this easy way to make a healthy delicious chocolate sauce for cakes
hald cup olive oil
5 spoons cocoa powder
7 spoons sugar powder
if you want you can put honey and not sugar
this will make you increase the amount of the cocoa
and add some rice or corn flour
some orange zest
or drops of almond oil
will get away theb olive oil taste....
MIX well with a fork
add more cocoa or sugar if needed
