Watermelon Pie


Watermelon pie will make feel an explosion not only in your mouth but also in your mind and soul...
I dont know about your heart but i know for mine...

For one pie you will need >

- half watermelon
- 6 big spoons of flour

Ok here i have to say that for sure it can be normal white flour
but if you want to avoid it you can use rice flour...
for me i think rice flour is much better cause it will create a sticky effect and contanes no gluten
For sure a white flour is a really good choice. I have made it with both and both are excellent for the recipe.
Dinkel i think as well. But never tried it.

- 1 tsp cinnamon
- just a bit of clove
- 1 or 2 tsp sesame
- 4 ts of honey or 2 tsp of sugar or 1 tsp stevia
-  a colander



Not to many ingredients ah?

So...

Put the inside pink part of the watermelon into the colander and squeeze the juice off.. Strain.
Remove the seeds..I know its pain in the ass but worth it.. Believe me.
Keep the juice so you can drink it or store it to make a nice coctail.
Into a bowl place the watermelon part you strained, and the rest of the ingredients except the sesame.
Mix with a fork really well and then put it into your baking pan that you had put a bit *just a bit of margarine
or olive oil.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 180`
About at the 25 minutes put the sesame on top !
