Sounds weird??
yes...i can admit that...sounds really weird if you hear this for the very first time...
but when you try it...the new combination taste really lie down to your mouth as a velvet sky...
if you like feta cheese you will love that...
people who like to experiment with taste and people who try worldwide couizine...maybe have tried before some combinations with cheese and fruits...
just try it buy a melon thats its ready...to find out if its ready you just have to smell it...if it smell like you want to eat it...means that is ready...
cut it at the middle clean the seeds from the insides and then cut it in small cube pieces (ofcourse remove the skin first)
cut the feta cheese into really small cubes and serve it in the plate with the melon or in different plates cause maybe some of your guest wont like it....and will only want to try the melon!!!
I recommend you to drink some nice red dry wine with it...
