My first cheese ever!
Made from warm milk coming straigt from a goat..
I put some basil also just for the "touch".
The taste is not strong in a bad way and its really good.
I didnt put a lot of salt and I would not leave it to become hard but more creamy.
From 3 liters of milk i got just 250gr of cheese. It could me more if I knew some more stuff which i learne from my mistakes.
Making cheese is really easy. The difficult part is to find good milk.
